Wash water kept out of the stormwater drain, and the job sheet goes with the invoice showing the same figure.

We choose the method to suit the surface.
Houses and roofs are not driveways. We inspect the material, use lower-pressure methods where required, and stop if a surface may contain asbestos or cannot be cleaned safely.

Questions worth asking before you book anybody
When can you start?
Our next available appointments are from 17 November 2026, and the diary runs a year beyond that. Holding a date costs nothing and we do not take a deposit.
Do I get a price before you turn up?
Yes. You get a job sheet that lists the surfaces, the measured areas, what is included, what is excluded, and one total including GST. That figure is the figure on the invoice.
Which parts of Sydney do you cover?
We work across all of Sydney. The truck runs from Penrith, and one hundred metres of hose means most jobs are reachable without moving it.
Are you insured?
Yes. Public liability cover is in place, and the certificate of currency is supplied with commercial and strata quotes or on request.
Do you use hot water?
Yes, hot water and cleaning chemicals are on the truck. They are used where the job needs them, on oil, grease and gum, and they are not a separate line on your price.
What if a wall is fibro?
We stop. High pressure and soft washing of asbestos material is prohibited, so if a wall is fibro, or we think it might be, we tell you and we do not wash it.
