Certified Pressure Cleaning

Pressure cleaning in Macarthur

Pressure cleaning in Macarthur is detached house work above all, across Campbelltown, Camden and Wollondilly. Two of the three councils here publish unusually direct guidance on wash water, one of them naming high pressure hoses by name, and we work to it.

Every price on this site applies here, the same as the rest of Sydney.

What is different about work in Macarthur

The highest share of houses of any region we cover

At the 2021 Census, separate houses were 94.6 per cent of occupied dwellings in Wollondilly, 92.5 per cent in Camden and 78.3 per cent in Campbelltown. The New South Wales figure was 65.6 per cent.

No other council area cited on this site comes close to Wollondilly and Camden. A job here is walls, eaves, gutters, roofs and driveways on a detached home.

Councils that name the hose

Wollondilly Shire Council says runoff from washing cars, equipment, roofs or other hard surfaces must not enter the stormwater system, and that water from high pressure hoses or gurneys must not be allowed to enter stormwater drains. Its page lists on the spot fines.

Campbelltown City Council describes a roof cleaning method: block the downpipe, protect drains with sandbags or a portable bund, and remove the captured water with a vacuum or bilge pump. It says letting polluted wastewater into drains, gutters or waterways is an offence.

Those two pages are as close to a written job specification as any council page we read for this site, and it is the specification we work to here.

Growth across three council areas

Camden Council says the South West Growth Area comprises 16 precincts across the Camden, Campbelltown and Liverpool local government areas. Gledswood Hills and Gregory Hills are among the newer suburbs it lists.

The councils, and the page we read for each

The state rule is the same under all of them: wash water must not enter the stormwater system. Each council words its own guidance, and we read the one for the address before the job.

Places in this region

These are parts of Macarthur, not a list of jobs. The ones with a page of their own are the ones we can write something true and specific about. The rest are named and left alone until we can.

Asked about Macarthur

Which councils cover Macarthur?

Campbelltown City Council, Camden Council and Wollondilly Shire Council. Each has its own stormwater page, linked above.

Can I hose the driveway off into the gutter after a clean?

Not in Wollondilly by council's own words, and not anywhere else either. Water from high pressure hoses must not go to the stormwater drain. On our jobs it is contained and taken away.

Is Macarthur too far for you?

No. We work across all of Sydney. The rate card has one published travel line for jobs a long way from the base, and your quote shows it if it applies.

Do you clean tile roofs in Macarthur?

Yes, by soft wash only, quoted after a look. Metal and Colorbond roofs have a published starting price.
