Fixed packages, the rates we measure to, every surcharge, and the lines where the honest answer is that it has to be looked at first. Every consumer price shown includes GST. Any applicable surcharge is identified in your written quote before you book.
What a fixed package includes
- The surfaces named on the package line, and nothing charged for on top of them.
- The method chosen for the material: soft wash, high pressure, hot or cold.
- Openings, gardens and nearby surfaces protected before any water runs.
- Wash water controlled on site and kept out of the stormwater drain.
- A written job sheet with one total including GST, before the work starts.
- The same sheet back with the invoice, showing the same figure.
What a standard package assumes
Ordinary suburban access, an available working tap within 100 metres, and the level of build up shown in your submitted photographs. Any applicable travel, access, weekend or heavy build up adjustment is shown before you accept the quote.

Fixed packages first, then the guide rates we work to when a surface is measured, then the work that is quoted after a look. Some jobs require photographs or a site assessment before they can be priced accurately, and those lines say so rather than carrying a number.

Graffiti removal carries two rates rather than one, because paint on glass or metal sits on the surface and paint on brick is inside it. Both are a floor for the square metre, and both sit against the same attended minimum of $249.
Where a surface is measured on site, the hard surface bands run from $6.50 a square metre on the smallest jobs down to $5.50 over the largest, with the same minimum of $249 underneath.
A quote and an estimate are different, and you will be told which one you have
A quote
A fixed price for a scope we have measured, or seen clearly enough in photographs to stand behind. Once you accept it, it is what the job costs. It lists the surfaces, the areas, the method, what is included, what is excluded and how long the price stands.
An estimate
Our best figure where something cannot be known yet, such as how far a stain has gone into the concrete or where the wash water can lawfully go on a site we have not walked. It is labelled as an estimate, the assumptions are written next to it, and it carries a cap we will not pass without your written yes.
Commercial work is quoted per site, never by the hour
An hourly price pays us for being slow, and you should not have to hope your cleaner is quick. Commercial and strata work carries a minimum attendance of $450 and a price for the site, built from the surfaces, the contamination and where the wash water can lawfully go.
Service station forecourts and grounds sit on the same footing: quoted per site, against that same minimum attendance. What decides the figure there is not the slab, it is the containment and the route the recovered water leaves by.

Questions about the card
Are these prices including GST?
Yes. Every consumer price shown includes GST. There is no plus GST line, no call out fee, no fuel levy and no card surcharge underneath these numbers.
What is the smallest job you will come out for?
The minimum for an attended job is $249. Below that the drive, the setup and the pack down cost more than the cleaning, and we would rather say so than pad a small job out.
Is a quote the same as an estimate?
No, and we tell you which one you have. A quote is a fixed price for a scope we have measured or seen in photographs, and it holds. An estimate is our best figure where something cannot be known until we are on site, and it comes with the assumptions written next to it.
Is a fixed package always the price I pay?
It is, as long as the job matches the description beside it: ordinary suburban access, a working tap within one hundred metres, and the level of build up shown in your photographs. If a surcharge applies it is identified in your written quote before you book, never added afterwards.
Why do some lines have no price at all?
Because they cannot be priced accurately without photographs or a look at the site. Brick cleaning and acid washing is the clearest case: brickwork varies too much between one wall and the next. Graffiti removal is the opposite, and carries two published rates, from $40 a square metre on surfaces the paint sits on and from $60 on masonry it soaks into.
Can the price change after you arrive?
Only if what we find is different from what you told us, and then we stop and say so before any water runs. You approve the new figure in writing or we do the job we quoted. Nothing is added to an invoice you have not seen.
Do you charge to come and look at a strata or commercial site?
No. Site induction is $0 and it is on the card that way, so it cannot appear later as an extra.
