Up to 20 panels on a single storey roof is $299 including GST, and it can be booked online like any other package. The glass is cleaned with a soft brush and low pressure water. Nothing electrical is touched, and anything we notice that looks wrong is photographed and written down for your installer.

Book this packageTwo published figures, neither of them ours. One Sydney cost source, which states its figures include GST, puts panel cleaning at $9 to $29 a panel, with a typical figure of $17. A Sydney operator publishes $289 to $420 and over for a home system, rising with panel count. Both were read on 3 September 2026.
Our package sits inside that range for a typical home system and comes with one number, stated once, that is the number on the invoice. Fewer than 20 panels costs the same. More than 20, or a second storey, is quoted.
The SafeWork NSW order for work at height starts with working from the ground or solid construction. So the first question on any array is whether it can be reached from a ladder rather than by walking the roof, and the fewer footsteps on the tiles the better.
Bird droppings, dust and the film that builds up on tilted glass come off with a soft brush and a low pressure rinse. No lance, no scraper, no abrasive pad.
Cleaning solution left on glass dries into a haze. The rinse is the part of the job that decides whether the panels look clean the next morning.
Cracked glass, a lifted frame, chewed cabling or a nest under the array gets a photograph and a line in the report. The fix is your installer's job, not ours.
Insured, with the certificate of currency available on request, and a written scope before anything starts. Five things worth checking, on us or on anybody else.
Ours is $299 including GST for up to 20 panels on a single storey roof. For context, one Sydney cost source puts the market at $9 to $29 a panel, and one operator publishes $289 to $420 and over for a home system depending on panel count.
Then it is quoted rather than booked. More panels is more time, and a second storey changes how the roof is reached. Our published second storey loading on quoted work is plus 30%.
No. Panels are cleaned with a soft brush and low pressure water. A lance on the glass, the frame seals or the cabling is a risk we will not take on somebody else's electrical system.
No. We clean the glass and the frames and nothing electrical. If we see damage to a panel, a frame or a cable while we are up there, you get a photograph of it and a note in the report, and you take it to your installer.
Dirty glass lets less light through, so cleaning can help. We do not publish a figure for how much, because we have no Sydney measurement to base one on and it depends on how dirty the panels were and which way they face. Your inverter app will show you before and after.
Yes, and it usually makes sense, since a ladder is already up. A single storey gutter clean is $249 and a metal or Colorbond roof soft wash is from $899, both including GST.
That one books straight from the diary. Anything bigger, send the panel count and a photograph of the roof and the price comes back in writing.
