Certified Pressure Cleaning is a mobile pressure cleaning business based in Penrith, working across all of Sydney.

Prices

Every price on this site is one figure that includes GST, stated once. The figure on a package or a written quote is the figure on the invoice.

The rate card, including every surcharge we apply, is published on the prices page. The minimum for an attended residential job is $249. Commercial and strata work carries a minimum attendance of $450 and is quoted per site, never by the hour.

Anything that would change the price, such as heavy build up seen in your photographs, is raised and agreed before any water runs.

Quotes and estimates

A quote is a fixed price for a scope we have measured, or seen clearly enough in photographs to stand behind. It lists the surfaces, the areas, the method, what is included, what is excluded and how long the price stands. Once you accept it, it is what the job costs.

An estimate is our best figure where something cannot be known yet. It is labelled as an estimate, the assumptions are written next to it, and it carries a cap we will not pass without your written yes.

The written quote for your job carries the specific terms of that job. Where it says something more specific than this page, the quote is what applies.

Bookings

Standard packages can be booked in the online diary. A person rings within one business day to confirm the date and read the job back to you, and a booking is not locked in until that call.

We do not take a deposit. Nothing is charged until the work is done.

Work we will not do

We do not clean fibro, cement sheet or any surface that may contain asbestos, at any pressure. If we find one, we stop and tell you, and it should be assessed by an asbestos professional.

We do not use high pressure on tile roofs. Tile is soft washed only.

We do not wash a driveway, path or paved area with drinking water unless there is a safety, health, emergency, construction or surface contamination reason under the Sydney Water Water Wise Guidelines.

We do not clean kitchen canopies or exhaust systems. That is a different trade.

Wash water

Wash water is contained and kept out of the stormwater system on every job.

Damage we find

If we find a broken tile or other damage, it is photographed and written in the report before anything is put back. It is not painted over or covered up.

Insurance

Public liability cover is in place, and the certificate of currency is supplied with commercial and strata quotes or on request.
