What Certified Pressure Cleaning collects about you, why, and how to ask about it. It is short because we collect very little.
What we collect
When you send a booking request, what you tell us about the job: your name, phone number, the address and suburb, the surfaces and what needs doing.
When you book in the online diary, the details the diary asks for, such as the address, suburb, postcode, property type and the job. The diary is provided by BookMyVenue, which passes the booking to us so a person can ring and confirm it.
When you send photographs, the photographs, so the job can be priced and the work recorded.
What this website collects
This site has no form that sends your details anywhere. Getting a price is through the booking diary.
The booking diary on the booking page is loaded from BookMyVenue, and what you type into it is handled by that system.
What we use it for
To price the job, book it, confirm it, do it, invoice it and keep a record of it, including the job sheet and photographs of anything we find. We use your phone number to contact you about your job.
Asking about or correcting your details
Send a request through the booking diary, with your question in the notes, to ask what we hold about you or to have it corrected.
